On International Youth Day (August 12), ENGIE proudly celebrates our team of interns who are passionately contributing to our mission of leading the green energy transition. Our commitment to nurturing young talents is reflected in our extensive internship program, which spans nearly all departments and offers opportunities for interns to contribute to meaningful projects.
Interning at ENGIE not only equips our interns with technical expertise but also prepares them to be competitive in today's workforce. Through integral project experience and mentorship, interns develop crucial skills in leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration. This hands-on approach ensures they are ready to tackle real-world challenges and contribute effectively from day one of their careers.

Additionally, our Business Analyst intern, Yi Jie Loh, shared his insightful experience working with cross-departmental stakeholders:
Yi Jie Loh: “Interning as a business analyst, I extensively worked with different departments through the management of the Excom dashboard, used at every monthly meeting to review their KPIs and accuracy of the data and numbers represented. This helped me gain a wholistic view on each department’s role in the business process and how they integrate with one another.”
Learning Beyond Boundaries
Interning at ENGIE is about more than just gaining work experience; it's about learning beyond traditional educational boundaries. Our interns benefit from the diverse experiences and interactions they have with various departments. From the office to site visits all around the region, this interdisciplinary approach enriches their understanding and equips them with the skills needed to tackle complex challenges in the energy sector.
